PROCEMS recognizes that service support is a critical issue for industrial operators who may depend on the results from CEM System as part of regulatory permits or to provide critical process details.

Maintenance & Calibration

Our service engineers are factory trained to carry effective Preventive and Corrective Maintenance as part of the after-sale commitment to support our customers. Most importantly our service rate is justifiable without compromising our work quality and response efficiency. Our workshop is equipped with proper calibration tools such as gas dividers, alignment kits and standard glass filters needed for analyzers calibration.

Proper start-up and commissioning is important right from the beginning in order to derive an accurate and representative measurement. Our engineers have a lot of experience in carrying out engineering supervision, optical-alignment, live zeroing and interpreting a reproducibility result from the laboratory.

To maximize customer’s investment PROCEMS is a One-Stop-Service provider by correlating the isokinetic sampling captured results against an on-line monitor as a form of relative-accuracy-test-audit procedures.

Performance Test

Being an original designed manufacturer, our workshop has readily stand-alone analyzer system which provides contingency services such as conducting optimization performance test of dust particle at EP or NO / NH3 gas at SCR outlet or SO2 at FDG system.

In the case of analyzer breakdown or erratic measurement our network of field service engineers are trained to carry out fault analysis and possibly repair on site. Re-engineering and retrofitting are part and parcel of what we can do to improve especially Sample Handling System.

Training

PROCEMS provides on-site training and service training for plant personnel to support their monitoring systems. In additions, we also provides training courses to improve knowledge and understanding of instruments service requirements, legislative issues, features and performance of monitoring systems and the optimized use of the analyzers and reporting software.
